Through the Dark Portal features a total of 319 cards, including 18 new heroes. Booster packs contain 24 packs to a display box, and 15 cards per pack (plus a UDE Points card). Starter decks contain with 9 different 33-card decks and 3 random, oversized hero cards. 

 

Two new races have been added to the game: Draenei and Blood Elf. Additionally, with Dark Portal, racial abilities are very significant. 

 

Through the Dark Portal also introduces three new Loot cards and cosmetic in-game items for the WoW MMO! Loot cards a new blanket, a unique pet, and a fortune-telling imp.
